Most gardens around Whitfield have at least one tree that's outgrown its spot, whether that's an apple that needs its crown thinned or a self-seeded sycamore leaning over a shed. We do the pruning work that keeps a tree healthy and in proportion, not full felling.
Full tree felling, stump grinding and work on trees protected by a Tree Preservation Order or inside a conservation area need a specialist tree surgeon with the relevant qualifications and, for TPO trees, council sign-off first. We'll tell you honestly if a job is outside what we do and point you in the right direction.
Most pruning jobs run £150 – £450 depending on tree size and access. Quoted after seeing photos and, for anything larger, a site visit.
